Press conference in Belgrade – New experience of storytelling

A press conference was held yesterday at Endžio Hub in Belgrade to present the Slavic Soundwalking mobile app. Authors, actors, and the composer of the stories introduced the project and announced upcoming events, including guided tours and storytelling sessions as part of the Belgrade Summer Festival.

Translating literature into other forms – Panel Discussion

We spent a wonderful day at the Sveta Ana Zagreb Home for the Elderly, presenting our Slavic Soundwalking app and bringing joy to residents through stories. With a special map for those with limited mobility, we’ve made it easy for everyone to access content that evokes cherished memories.

The panel discussion “Inclusion in Culture”, held at KNAP, brought together speakers with disabilities and experts working in the field of inclusion. Through personal stories and professional insights, they explored challenges, progress, and the importance of equal access to cultural content.

“How much do we read each other”: South Slavic literatures in local and global contexts

The panel discussion “How much do we read each other” was held on June 5, 2024, at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb, gathering experts in literature to explore the position of South Slavic literatures on local and global stages. Through dynamic conversation and data-driven insights, participants examined why we (don’t) read each other and discussed the role of neighboring literatures in shaping democracy and “national” literary identities.

PRESENTATION OF THE SLAVIC SOUNDWALKING APP IN ZAGREB SUPPORTED BY PRIČIGIN

Yesterday, the literary multimedia project Slavic Soundwalking was presented at the KNAP Center in Zagreb, along with the launch of the eponymous app. The celebration was enhanced by Pričigin, the famous Split festival that has been celebrating the power of live storytelling for 17 years, as well as a concert by the band Cry Babies.
